With more than 30 years of experience in the meat processing business, we know how to cut meat.


We provide many services to enhance your entire eating experience. Making a variety of fresh sausages, summer sausages, slim Jim's, and other types of jerky. We will even marinade your meat for you.
We have created all our own recipes and all of our seasonings are certified organic, mixed from scratch, just like the venison you're eating.

We spend time with you to ensure the product you get back is what you ordered. We work hard to ensure great quality. That way all you need to do is just fire up the grill!
